Brian P. Nixon Principal
Brian Nixon founded The Sales Matrix, Inc. in 2001 with the mission of using his extensive knowledge of management processes and sales effectiveness to benefit clients whose revenues and profits are below management expectations.
His keen insight and people skills have established him as a mentor to many sales and management professionals, and his unique qualifications in the areas of sales recruiting, training, management, and motivation have helped The Sales Matrix achieve a 100% success record with clients who have implemented its unique methodology.
Mr. Nixon began his career as a sales representative with the 3M Corporation before moving quickly through the ranks at ADP, serving as territory sales representative, sales training manager, sales manager, and director of sales. He also spent time at Payroll 1, Inc. as new business development manager. In each of his professional positions, Mr. Nixon turned low-producing territories into top achieving producers.
He has won a number of local, regional and national sales awards.
In addition to his full-time client engagements, Mr. Nixon is active with the Michigan Manufacturing Association, TEC Associates Roundtable, CTSM (a career transition support service), and other civic and community organizations.
Mr. Nixon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Eastern Michigan University. He lives in Livingston County, Michigan with his wife Michelle, who home schools their four children, Keegan, Mitchell, Sophia and Isabella.
Daniel J. Kropchak Principal
Daniel J. Kropchak, principal of The Sales Matrix, Inc., is proudest of the fact that the firm has achieved a 100% success record with clients who have implemented its unique methodology.
Mr. Kropchak leverages his leadership and motivational skills to transform underperforming sales organizations into high-performance teams by counseling senior management and coaching and training front-line sales professionals, for whom he frequently serves as a mentor.
Prior to his work with The Sales Matrix, Mr. Kropchak built his reputation working at every level in the sales process, including marketing manager, sales representative, sales district manager, sales training manager, regional training manager and regional sales manager. He has served Fortune 500 and other publicly traded enterprises such as Ford Motor Company, the F.W. Woolworth Company, and ADP, as well as medium- to large-size privately held companies, such as Payroll 1, Inc.
He is the recipient of numerous local, regional and national sales awards.
In addition to his full-time client engagements, Mr. Kropchak is active with the Michigan Manufacturing Association, TEC Associates Roundtable, and Action Coach Consulting. Previously, he provided counsel to Automation Alley as a member of its sales development committee, and has spoken before the Macomb County Chamber of Commerce and other business organizations.
Mr. Kropchak earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Western Michigan University. He resides in Macomb County, Michigan with his wife, Jennifer, and two children, Brianna and Jacob. |
